Bill Payment Options for BSNL customers

Paying the bills is made easy by BSNL by offering various options ranging from Post Offices to Net Banking & Credit Card. No more standing in the long queues and worry about disconnection. Select convenient option and pay BSNL bills without any hassle.

Various options for payment of BSNL bills are:-

1	486 Customer Service Centers (CSCs) and other bill collection counters of BSNL.
2	Cheque Drop Boxes are also available in most of the CSCs.
3	Cheque Collection Machines are available in 7 places in Pune and one place in Nanded.
4	Post Offices: Bills can be paid in any of the 8337 Post Offices spread across Maharashtra and Goa.
5	Nationalised Banks: Bills can be paid at the counters of selected Nationalised Banks across Maharashtra and Goa. Click here to view the List of the banks.
6	Electronic Clearing Service (ECS):  ECS allows the customers to pay the telephone (Landline and Mobile) bills directly through their Bank accounts.  Customer has to fill up a simple Mandate form which is available on the website www.bsnl.in and also in the Customer Service Centers of BSNL. This mandate form (in duplicate) along with a photocopy of cheque leaf is to be submitted in the CSCs.  BSNL will then send the bill direcely to the bank with a copy to the customer.  If the bill amount is within the specified limit, the bank will debit the corresponding amount from the customer's account.  Apart from the convenience it offers , customers also get 1% discount (Max. amount of discount Rs.1000)  on the bill. Currently this service is available in GOA, PUNE, KALYAN, SOLAPUR & NAGPUR.
7	Voluntary Deposit scheme (VDS): Customers can deposit a lumpsum amount equivalent to his bill of last 6 to 12 months with BSNL and the subsequent bills will be adjusted from this amount. Customer gets an interest of 7% p.a. on this amount.
8	Payment through credit cards: In addition to above facilities, in Dhule SSA, Axis bank has made available a swiping machine and customers can make use of that machine and effect payment using their credit cards.
9	In addition to above facilities Intelevision Paypoint systems are available in Kalyan, where the franchisees can accept the payment towards the bill and issue a receipt to the customers through machines.
Soon to be introduced…… ATM: In Kalyan, Nagpur, Pune and Goa, a facility of paying the bills through ATMs of Punjab National Bank will be introduced soon. To avail the service a common customer of BSNL and PNB has to pre registered (one time) with the PNB branch where the customer has an account and Registration form is available at PNB’s branches and PNB website i.e. (http://www.pnbindia.com/) Registered customers can pay BSNL bills through ATMs of PNB.
